Default NPR Science Show Sues Colorado Show Hosted by KLTT 670 AM's Bob Enyart Over Trademark Infringment

    From Radio Online:

NPR's long-running show "Science Friday" is suing "Real Science Friday" hosted by Bob Enyart and Fred Williams for trademark infringment reports The New York Post. Sciencefriday Inc., the NPR show's producers, have filed the paperwork in Manhattan Supreme Court claiming the trademark on their 21-year-old show has been jeopardized.

The Colorado show, hosted by Enyart and Williams, features dialogue about "science to debunk evolution and show the evidence for the creator God including from biology, geology, astronomy and physics."

Enyart told The Post he's been doing the show since 2006 and that he received a "very polite letter" from "Science Friday" host Ira Flatow a few years ago asking him to change the name of his show, but he never responded. Enyart is heard weekdays on KLTT 670 AM.
