The new brand will feature Rafael ‘El Pichakuas’ C?rdenas, who has worked at Spanish stations across Eastern Washington and Oregon. Consultant/Director of Programming Benjamin ‘El Chupacabras’ Reed said, “We are excited to welcome Rafael Cardenes to our family. The duo previously were both associated with former sister stations KYOZ Spokane and KYJJ Boardman OR.
