FCC Affirms Fine Against Marketer Of Unauthorized FM Transmitters, And Illegal Broadcaster In Commerce City

The FCC has affirmed a $22,000 fine against INTER TECH FM for marketing unauthorized FM transmitters and RF amplifiers.
The fine was proposed in 2009 and the Commission says INTER TECH did not respond to its notice.
The Commission also issued Notices of Unlicensed Operation to NESTOR SANANGO (91.7 FM, WEST ORANGE, NJ), JOSE LUIS RODRIGUEZ (104.7 FM, NEW YORK), and IGLESIA DEL NAZARENO (90.7 FM, COMMERCE CITY, CO).

I while back I heard what sounded like Mexican music on 90.7 FM. It had absolutely atrocious audio. I wonder if this was Nazareno in Commerce City.
