A quick search from the Douglas County Assessors office reveals the house is titled to "Holly Martino"

Looks like they have a contract pending. The home is over 10,000 sq. feet with 6 bedrooms and 8 baths on 39 acres. Nice...

Im just surprised Martino didn't own anything really outright; or that he borrowed against this house as collateral. Seems to me his whole outfit really was a house of cards.
