Well say goodbye to Classic Hits on 94.3 MAX FM, becasue starting this Monday:
KMAX 94.3 FM on Monday will relaunch with a mainstream rock format, according to a Townsquare Media Northern Colorado release.
Formerly a “classic hits” station, 94.3 Loudwire is a brand extension of Townsquare’s national rock website Loudwire.com.
“Northern Colorado has been longing for a station delivering this type of content, focusing specifically on the communities of Fort Collins, Loveland, and Greeley, and playing the best current rock music,” Townsquare Media Northern Colorado Operations Manager George King said in a written release.
The station will also carry the “Free Beer & Hot Wings” morning show from 5-10 a.m. weekdays, featuring Gregg “Free Beer” Daniels and Chris “Hot Wings” Michaels.
