Thirty-three years ago TODAY, ALAN HUNTER, MARK GOODMAN, NINA BLACKWOOD, MARTHA QUINN and J.J. JACKSON huddled around a TV in FT. LEE, NJ to watch their first day on the job -- as the original VJs of MTV. They were at the launch party, held across the BAY because MTV wasn't even available in MANHATTAN at the time.
