American General Media will launch AC “92.9 The Point” KPTE Bayfield, CO this week. The launch will come following a frequency shift of AGM’s Rock 92.9 KRWN Farmington, NM to 92.5. That move will take place on Tuesday, May 20. The move of KRWN will enable KPTE to upgrade from 100 watts at -83 meters to 9.2kW at 344 meters. KPTE, which currently simulcasts sister CHR “99X” 99.7 KKDG Durango, will return to the AC format, Point branding, and KPTE call letters previously used by 99.7. The station will target Women 25-54 positioned as “Durango’s Best Variety
