CUMULUS Country KATC (CAT COUNTRY 95-1)/COLORADO SPRINGS, CO morning co-host ALISHA SCOTT has added MD responsibilities. CAT COUNTRY PD MIKE DYLAN previously handled music and will now devote more to his programming role.
