After starting his career in his native Kentucky and Savannah GA, Quincy has been a staple of the Charleston market since 1981 first as Production Director and afternoon host at CHR “95 SX” WSSX. He would then serve as PD and afternoon host at AC “Lite Rock 96.9” WXTC-FM from 1985 through 1995 followed by stints as morning host at Country “Bubba 107.5” WBUB, weekend/fill-in host at Oldies 102.5 WXLY, morning show producer at “Cat Country 107.5” WNKT, APD/MD/afternoon host at AC “Sunny 96.9” WSUY, and at WTMA since 2007. He also maintains tribute sites (http://www.wtmamemories.com) for WTMA and other heritage Charleston AMs.
