Schaffer’s career has consistently taken him in and out of Toledo since the early 1980s when he first joined then CHR WRQN as evening host. After stints at WCZY Detroit and WLOL Minneapolis, he would then begin a long run in morning at “92.5 Kiss-FM” WVKS-FM anchoring “The Breakfast Club” through the 1990s and early 2000s before moving to afternoons at Conservative Talk 1370 WSPD. His career would then take him out of Toledo where he would host Talk shows at WGST and WGKA Atlanta, mornings at WRNO-FM New Orleans, and his DennyRadio.com. Schaffer finally returned to Toledo (https://radioinsight.com/headlines/90208/denny-schaffer-returns-to-toledo/) in 2014 to host mornings at Cumulus Hot AC “Star 105” WWWM-FM before shifting back to WRQN in 2018 (https://radioinsight.com/headlines/172584/cumulus-makes-morning-changes-at-four-toledo-stations/).
Schaffer is currently teamed on his morning show with longtime partner Suzie Moser and ‘Paul The Producer’ Spoerl.
