In Columbus, EMF will acquire 102.5 WKVR Baltimore OH from Southeastern Ohio Broadcasting System for $2,060,000. EMF began operating (https://radioinsight.com/headlines/285796/k-love-comes-to-columbus/) the former WWLG on November 1 following the end of its LMA to Radio-One introducing the “K-Love (http://https//klove.com/)” Christian AC network to the market.
In the Pittsburgh area, EMF is adding a second full-market signal with the purchase of 104.3 WOGH Burgettstown PA from Forever Media for $800,000. The station covers the western half of the Pittsburgh market as well as well as the Wheeling/Steubenville WV market. It currently is part of the Country “Froggy (https://www.foreverpittsburgh.com/froggy/)” trimulcast with 94.9 WOGG Oliver and 104.3 WOGI Moon Township, the latter of which has significant overlap with WOGH.
