The station joins Spanish CHR “Maxima 92.9 (https://holamusica.com/station-wifi/)” 1460 WIFI Florence/92.9 W225DJ Burlington in the company’s Trenton holdings. W253DG had been simulcasting WIFI until Voice agreed to acquire (https://radioinsight.com/headlines/276770/station-sales-week-of-8-2-2/) WNJE from Townsquare Media for $133,000 in July. Townsquare took the former “920 ESPN” silent at the end of 2023 ahead of plans to sell the station.
