WVMP has airing Truth Broadcasting’s Christian Preaching “Truth Network (https://www.truthnetwork.com/station/wvmp/)” since December 2022 (https://radioinsight.com/headlines/245760/truth-network-expands-to-roanoke/), but will switch to non-commercial operation at closing.
Randy Richmond Services LLC sells Farm News/AC 980 WITY (https://wityradio.com)/99.5 W258CY Danville IL to the Joe Young led Illiana Media for $208,000. Young owns portions of three other stations in eastern Illinois including 95.9 WIQI Watseka, 100.9 WHPO Hoopeston, and 104.9 WPXN Paxton.
Smile FM (https://www.smile.fm) buys Christian Preaching 89.3 WKFA (http://www.noncomradio.net) St. Catherine FL from Florida Public Radio for $65,000. The buyer owns a network of Christian AC stations in Michigan.
Oakridge Community Radio sells its CP for 91.5 KBSR Burns OR to the Burns Paiute Tribe for $5500 in engineering and legal costs.
