WHGB will continue carrying Harrisburg Senators baseball, Penn State football and basketball, and national play-by-play packages from both ESPN Radio and Westwood One.
The move returns ESPN Radio to the market for the first time since Hall Communications sold 92.7 WONN-FM Starview in November 2021 (https://radioinsight.com/headlines/214915/forever-media-launches-nu-92-7-york/). WHGB was the Harrisburg market’s ESPN affiliate until the launch of CBS Sports Radio in January 2013.
