While the terms of the deal have not yet been disclosed, 3 Towers will begin operating AC “Z92.5 (https://www.z925fm.com)” WZWZ, “Rock 98.5 (https://www.rock985.com)” WMYK Peru, and Sports “The Score (https://www.thescoreindiana.com)” 1350 WIOU Kokomo via LMA on Thursday, August 1.
3 Towers Broadcasting, led by Johnny McCrory and Scott Huber, has been acquiring stations across Indiana (https://radioinsight.com/headlines/268225/giant-fm-launches-in-vincennes-terre-haute-ahead-of-dlc-media-sale/) in recent years, all of which then utilize the “Giant FM (https://www.giant.fm)” brand across multiple formats including AC, Hot AC, Country and Classic Rock paired with local news publications.
Bruce Danziger’s Hoosier AM/FM will retain its four stations in Marion IN: Sports “The Score (https://www.thescoreindiana.com)” 860 WMRI Marion, Classic Hits 1400 WBAT (https://www.wbat.com)/105.5 W288DN Marion, “Your Country 99.3 (https://www.wcjc.com)” WCJC Van Buren, and CHR “Star 106.9 (https://www.star1069fm.com)” WXXC Marion.
