The new brand is being overseen by Senior Vice President/Market Manager Terry Deitz and Operations Manager/Program Director Mark Hoover, while consulted by Michelle Rutkowski, OM of The Milwaukee Radio Alliance and PD of “FM 102.1 (https://www.fm1021milwaukee.com)” WLUM. Hoover stated, “People have been asking me for years, what happened to Fuzz? I would always reply I miss it too, And after a few years we had the opportunity to bring it back.”
“Fuzz is a fan favorite in NEPA. With it’s return, we are happy to present four, distinct on-air brands* our first time in our more than one hundred years of serving Scranton/Wilkes-Barre”, added Times Shamrock CEO Jim Loftus. “Fuzz 96.1 compliments Rock 107 with the market’s only Alternative Rock choice.”
