Batten Communications’ WCHM Radio Inc. sells Conservative Talk 1490 WCHM (http://www.wchmradio.com)/94.3 W232DU Clarkesville GA to Catherine Cleiman’s Cleiman Communications LLC for $450,000. Batten retains three other station in North Georgia: 1230 WJUL/97.5 W248BJ Hiawassee, 1300 WJBB/107.1 W296CX Winder, and 95.1 WJRB Young Harris.
Bott Radio’s Community Broadcasting acquires a pair of Construction Permits in Arkansas. Community Broadcasting buys 91.1 in Fox AR from Meadowcreek Inc. and 91.9 Clarksville from Johnson County Community Radio Inc. for $750 each.
