The move give more musical separation between KMXP and co-owned AC “99.9 KEZ (https://kez999.iheart.com)” KESZ and CHR “104.7 Kiss-FM (https://1047kissfm.iheart.com)” KZZP, while more directly targeting Hubbard Alternative “Alt AZ 93.3” KDKB. The move sees the station drop artists such as Ariana Grande, Bruno Mars, Justin Bieber, and Justin Timberlake and add currents from Zach Bryan, Good Neighbors, Royel Otis, and Mark Ambor.
