Thiele’s brief tenure at the stations was eventful with the exits of Maxwell Schaeffer and Amy Sweet (https://radioinsight.com/headlines/265905/maxwell-schaeffer-and-amy-sweet-exit-mornings-at-who/) from mornings at WHO in March followed by the move of midday host (https://radioinsight.com/headlines/271075/jeff-angelo-moves-to-mornings-at-who-murph-andy-to-depart-kxno/) Jeff Angelo to the morning spot. Thiele has previously programmed WVNN/WUMP Huntsville AL, WORD Greenville SC, KFAX/KNTS San Francisco, WMCA/WNYM New York, KARN Little Rock, and KZRG Joplin MO prior to joining WHO and KXNO/KXNO-FM in January. He has also served as a host and account executive for Salem’s KLUP San Antonio.
