Buyers Arturo Murguia and Yasmin Orozco’s Orozco Broadcasting will operate the two signals synchronously with the translator fed by an HD subchannel of the parent. The deal is part of a settlement agreement between the two sellers to eliminate interference caused by the translator to the parent signal.
The buyers have no other radio properties. Low will retain Classic Country “The Bull (https://bull.theradioranchaz.com)” 1340 KIKO Apache Junction/99.1 K256DK Phoenix/105.1 K286BS Miami AZ.
Kimble served as broker of the deal through his RadioTV4Sale.com (http://RadioTV4Sale.com).
