Stevens began her career in Syracuse NY while in college at 95.7 WAQX and then worked at 104.7 WKFM when it flipped to Country as WBBS in 1993. She would rise to Music Director and then PD during her time there before moving to WGAR Cleveland in 2000, and a dual role overseeing WMZQ Washington DC and WPOC Baltimore in 2006. She would add Operations Manager duties for Washington/Baltimore in 2008 before rising to Executive Vice President of Programming for iHeartMedia?s Northeast Division.
