Fluke told MSC News (https://www.mscnews.net/news/index.cfm?nk=77745), “Not only will the HOT AC format be a unique addition to our existing group of local stations, but it will be a music format currently not offered in the Topeka/Lawrence markets. We are thrilled to take on the title of being the only locally owned radio station in the Capitol City!”
The station will carry Compass Media Networks’ “Anna & Raven” in mornings from 5-10am and feature news, weather and sports updates from WIBW-TV at points throughout the day.
The new format positions KOZA between Great Plains Media CHR “105.9 Kiss-FM (https://www.1059kiss.com)” KKSW and Cumulus Media AC “Majic 107.7 (https://www.kmaj.com)” KMAJ-FM in the market.
