Cumulus Media has promoted Kriston Aitken to Chief Human Resources Officer starting July 1.
Aitken has been with Cumulus since 2016 most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. She previously held HR roles with Starwood Hotels and Resorts. In her new role, Aitken will be responsible for Human Resources strategy and operations, talent management, compensation and benefits, and supporting the advancement of the company culture. She will succeed the retiring Todd McCarty.
