The show had returned to WNKS in July 2022 after previously hosting mornings from 1998 to 2011. The show then spent a decade at iHeartMedia’s ?Channel 96.1? WHQC until 2021 prior to their return to WNKS.
Ace & TJ will fill the afternoon slot that had most recently been held by Phil Harris and Mel Myers until the company’s cuts earlier this month (https://radioinsight.com/headlines/268372/beasley-media-initiates-7-staff-layoffs/). With the show’s departure from WNKS, the Maney & LauRen Show expands to 6-10am and Program Director Cameron Moore moves from 12-3pm to 10am-3pm.
