With the sale closing, a pair of format changes have taken place.
Rock 101.1 KROW Cody has flipped to Christian AC “101.1 The One (https://myheartmountainradio.com/the-one)“, while Variety Hits “107.1 The Adventure (https://myheartmountainradio.com/the-adventure)” KWHO Lovell has moved to Classic Rock. Classic Country “103.3 The Range (https://myheartmountainradio.com/the-range)” KBEN-FM Crowley retains its previous format.
Rodriguez, who is a 1/3 partner in MGR Media’s Talk/Country 1260 KPOW (https://kpow1260.com) Powell, told the Powell Tribune (https://www.powelltribune.com/stories/powell-businesswoman-buys-three-area-fm-stations,125844), “One of the reasons I really wanted to do this, is because so many times a rich lawyer buys radio stations and doesn’t serve the community. It?s better to have a local ownership when it comes to owning radio stations.? Her husband Sam is serving as Chief Engineer, while her daughter Alyssa becomes Program Director of the stations.
