View Full Version : Lineup Changes At KIRO/KTTH Seattle Following Layoffs

At News/Talk 97.3 KIRO-FM (https://mynorthwest.com/category/kiro-radio/), Shari Elliker exits as afternoon co-host alongside John Curley. Elliker joined KIRO (https://radioinsight.com/headlines/215765/shari-elliker-joins-kiro-as-afternoon-co-host/) in December 2021 after a long run in Baltimore and Washington where she served as a traffic reporter at multiple Washington DC radio and TV stations, was part of the syndicated Don & Mike Show, hosted mornings on Alternative 99.1 WHFS Annapolis MD and late mornings and later afternoons on News/Talk 1090 WBAL Baltimore, and co-hosted a show on XM.
Jake Skorheim will move up from nights to join Curley in afternoons, while the station adds CBS? John Batchelor Show for nights.
Conservative Talk 770 KTTH (https://mynorthwest.com/category/ktth/) sees the exit of morning host Bryan Suits. Suits joined KTTH in February 2022 after previously hosting in the market at 710 KIRO
from 1999-2002 and 570 KVI from 2002-03 and 2005-07 between a deployment in Iraq. He also has hosted shows at KFI and KABC Los Angeles and KOGO San Diego. He will be replaced in the 6-9am timeslot by the syndicated Armstron & Getty.
Also exiting the cluster is traffic reporter Nate Connors. Connors joined KIRO in 2022 after a 20 year-run on-air at Classic Rock 102.5 KZOK with time included as morning show producer and afternoon host. He previously hosted overnights at 96.5 KXRX turned KYCW after starting his career in Juneau AK.
