General Sales Manager Jose Ramos and Office Manager/Traffic Director Frankie Carrillo’s Beacon Broadcast Co. will acquire the station for $100,000. An LMA took effect in February.

The deal includes two tower properties. JKO owns Classic Hits 105.9 WMMC (https://wmmcradio.com) Marshall IL just to the west of Terre Haute where Joey O’Rourke also hosts mornings.
Dockins Communications sells its duo of Hot AC “98.3 K-Hits” 900 WOZK/98.3 W252DV and “Kickin Country 104.9” WOAB Ozark AL to Roscoe Miller’s Autaugaville Radio for $160,000. Autaugaville Radio owns five stations in Alabama and has a pending deal for a sixth. All run either Adult R&B “KD Radio (https://radio.securenetsystems.net/cwa/WZKD)” based at 950 WZKD Montgomery or Hip Hop “K95.7 (https://radio.securenetsystems.net/cwa/index.cfm?stationCallSign=WKXN)” based at 95.7 WKXN Fort Deposit.
Moody Bible Institute of Chicago purchases Southern Gospel 88.9 WMYJ-FM Oolitic/Bloomington IN from Spirit Educational Radio for $250,000. The deal also includes Spirit’s sister company Mid-America Radio Group selling WMYJ-FM’s tower site.
Down East Communications/CDC/and Center for the Performing Arts sells it CP for 88.3 Jacksonville NC to the Jeremey Worthington led Roanoke Valley Communications for $6600.
Gabriel Wisdom’s Ram Media Foundation purchases the CP for 90.5 KRAM Borrego Springs CA from Community Public Radio for $15,000.
Translator SalesCatholic Broadcasting Northwest sells 99.1 K256AC The Dalles OR to Larson-Wynn Inc. for $17,000. The translator will be utilized to rebroadcast the buyer’s Classic Country 1440 KODL (https://www.kodl.com) The Dalles.
Magnum Communications buys 91.9 K220EP La Crescent MN/La Crosse WI from Faith Sound Inc. for $100. Magnum has already applied to relocate the translator into the commercial band on 92.5 where it will rebroadcast their 102.7 WKBH-FM (https://1027wkbh.com) Onalaska WI.
Idaho Conference of Seventh Day Adventist’s Barefoot Media Ministries acquires 89.5 K208FB Burley ID from 247 Media Ministries for $10,000. The translator will rebroadcast their Christian CHR “Project 88. (https://www.project887.com)7″ KOAY Middleton/Boise.
