106.7 KDVA Buckeye, which serves the western side of the Phoenix metro, will become “Fuego 106.7 (https://elboton.com/phoenix/fuegofm/)” under new KFUE call letters. Phoenix will become Entravision’s sixth market running the brand, which features Edgar ‘Shoboy’ Soltelo’s syndicated “Shoboy Show (https://shoboyshow.com)” in mornings. The brand also airs in Las Vegas, Palm Springs, Sacramento, Stockton, and the Rio Grande Valley.
106.7 KDVA currently simulcasts Spanish Adult Hits “La Suavecita 107.1 (https://elboton.com/phoenix/radiolasuavecita/)” KVVA-FM Sun Lakes and recently completed a move from 106.9. Those changes will accompany KVVA-FM completing its move (https://radioinsight.com/headlines/260462/phoenix-prescott-frequency-moves-completed/) to the South Mountain antenna farm just south of downtown Phoenix. From there, the station will now cover the entire Phoenix metro negating the need for the simulcast.
