Maher adds those duties in addition to his move today from mornings to nights (https://radioinsight.com/headlines/266877/bobby-bones-show-moves-to-mornings-in-atlanta-cleveland/) at Country “94.9 The Bull (https://949thebull.iheart.com)” WUBL. He had been co-hosting mornings there with Brian Moote and Kimmie Caruba from May 2022 until the show was cancelled with Moote and Caruba’s layoff last month (https://radioinsight.com/headlines/266357/94-9-the-bulls-moote-kimmie-otis-comes-to-an-end/).
He is on his second stint at iHeart Atlanta as he originally joined (https://radioinsight.com/headlines/116365/otis-joins-94-9-the-bull-atlanta-as-mdafternoons/) WUBL in February 2017 as Music Director and afternoon host through November 2020 before returning to that role (https://radioinsight.com/headlines/215598/lineup-changes-at-94-9-the-bull-atlanta/) in November 2021. It marks a return to the CHR format for him where he previously spent most of his career as Program Director at CHR 99.7 WDJX Louisville, APD/MD at ?Kiss 95.1? WNKS Charlotte NC and on-air at WBNQ Bloomington IL, WNDV-FM South Bend, WNOW-FM Indianapolis and WZEE Madison. He also serves as in-game host for MLB’s Atlanta Braves.
Otis succeeds Ethan Cole in afternoons at WWPW.
