https://radioinsight.com/wp-content/images/2022/07/1027austin-200x200.pngWaterloo Media continues to build up the local lineup on Sports “ESPN 102.7 (https://www.1027espn.com)” K274AX/KBPA-HD2 Austin as longtime market personality Erin Hogan joins the station to host “Game Time” in mornings from 7-10am alongside Nick Hadja.
Hogan most recently served as PD/morning host at Genuine Austin Radio’s “The Horn (https://hornfm.com)” 1260 KTAE (formerly 104.9 KTXX-FM) and had been part of the station from 2009 until the end of February after previous stints at 1490 KFON and co-hosting mornings at “1300 The Zone” KVET from 1999 to 2009. Hadja was most recently part of multiple morning shows (https://radioinsight.com/headlines/262355/jason-dick-exits-101x-again-alex-takes-over-the-morning-x/) at Waterloo Alternative “101X (https://www.101x.com)” KROX and co-hosting 11am-1pm on K274AX.
ESPN Radio’s Greeny will follow the morning show from 10am-12pm. “Three Guys on Sports” featuring Hadja, Noah Kreitz, and Sawyer Stull from 12-2pm will be followed by an hour of ESPN Radio’s Freddie and Harry from 2-3pm. Jeff Ward, who originally joined the station (https://radioinsight.com/headlines/247112/jeff-ward-joins-espn-102-7-austin/) in January 2023 as midday host, hosts a solo hour from 3-4pm and then is joined by Ed Clements from 4-6pm. “Sports Day Plus” with Trey Elling will air from 6-7pm with ESPN Radio network programming and Houston Astros baseball covering nights.
