Midday host Joey Franchize rises to Music Director at Rhythmic CHR “Wild 94.1 (https://wild941.com)” WLLD Lakeland. He previously hosted nights at the station from 2018-22 before being laid off in a round of company-wide cuts (https://radioinsight.com/headlines/243706/layoffs-ongoing-at-beasley-media-group/) in October 2022 before returning as midday host last July. Franchize also spent eight years at “Hot 93.7” WZMX Hartford as a mixer, morning show producer and weekend host prior to his move to Tampa in 2016.

An eighteen year veteran of the cluster, Gonzalez previously served as a programming, production, and imaging assistant. He now will be responsible for all video and audio production within the market.
Vice President and Market Manager Ron deCastro said, “I am excited to announce the promotion of Speedy and Joey to their new roles. It?s always exciting when we see talented people grow in their careers. Both Speedy and Joey have been supremely important team players who are going to continue to contribute to the success of Beasley Tampa.
Beasley is also now seeking a Video/Audio Production Assistant (https://radioinsight.com/job/beasley-media-group-tampa-st-petersburg-fl-full-time-video-audio-production-assistant/) to work with Gonzalez.
