Ousley has been with WIVK since 1996 after previously spending time in his career at 1470 WEAG, 94.3 WKNF-FM, and twelve years at 100.3 WOKI-FM. During his tenure, he spent three months embedded in Iraq in the early 2000s and then hosted a weekly show allowing troops to speak to their families on-air for four years.
