Mulvaney previously served as GM and later Market President of the cluster upon SummitMedia’s acquisition of the cluster in 2013 until exiting in February 2021. She originally joined the station group under Cox Media Group ownership in 2006 and rose from Senior Account Manager to Local Sales Manager to General Sales Manager. Since her exit she has been working in pharmaceutical sales. Mulvaney began her career as Traffic Director for Citadel Syracuse NY and also worked in sales for Clear Channel Syracuse.
Kathy Lee Jones, who was promoted to Market President last February (https://radioinsight.com/headlines/247853/kathy-lee-jones-rises-to-summitmedia-greenville-market-president-as-george-jones-exits/), will keep the General Manager title. Jones joined the cluster under Cox ownership as an account executive in 2008 and was promoted to GSM under Mulvaney in June 2013. Prior to joining the cluster, Jones worked in sales at Clear Channel Greenville for thirteen years.
