The station states, “We are looking for a creative person who can work as part of team; relate to the activities of the station and topical community events & news, has a positive attitude, and thinks forward with regard to the radio station, its promotions, its position in the community and radio in general. Candidate should also have a solid knowledge of different social media platforms. Production skills a plus.”

Rapp and West anchored mornings at KMXZ from October 2022 until the end of 2023 when West departed following her engagement to relocate out of state. Rapp has been with the station since 2015 previously serving as news anchor and weekend host after stints across the market at KHYT, KIIM, KLPX, KNST, KQTH, and KUAT.
