Initially developed by NRTS Founder Dan Vallie, the unique hands-on and immersive program enables students to participate in sessions, that include career disciplines including on-air delivery, sports, news, promotions, production, podcasting, engineering, digital and sales, as well as completion of RAB?s Radio Marketing Professional certification course.
During 2023, the National Radio Talent System successfully produced three radio talent institutes at Appalachian State University, Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and Grady College at the University of Georgia.
?Following last year?s success, we are excited to plan and produce five Radio Talent Institutes in 2024,? noted Erica Farber, president and chief executive officer, RAB. ?Students will have the opportunity to learn from some of the best in radio, network and connect with leading broadcasting professionals, and jumpstart their careers.?
