Fiorini will acquire CHR 92.7 WEOW (https://weow927.com) Key West, Sports “97.7 The Zone (https://thezone977.com)” WAVK Cudjoe Key, Classic Rock 99.5 WAIL (https://wail995.com) Key West, and Classic Hits “US 1 (https://us1radio.com)” 104.1 WWUS Big Pine Key in the Key West market and “Thunder Country (https://thundercountry.com)” 100.3 WCTH Plantation Key and Classic Rock “Sun 103.1 (https://sun103.com)” WFKZ Plantation Key further north around Key Largo.
Fiorini currently owns “Classic Country 104.5 (https://www.classiccountry1045.com)” 1480 WCXS/104.5 W283DB Arcadia and Conservative Talk 1530 WENG (https://www.wengradio.com) Englewood/98.1 W251CU Port Charlotte/107.5 W298AV Nokomis FL.
In what appears to be a side-car deal, Michelle Weil’s Keys Country Media LLC will acquire “Conch Country (https://conchcountry.com)” 98.7 WCNK Key West for $200,000 all held in a promissory note. Weil’s company is registered to Fiorini’s home address.
