The Michigan based non-profit renamed one of its holding companies to Intentional Life Media from Family Life Broadcasting System as it acquires the license assets held by the Arizona non-profit Family Life Broadcasting, Inc. and New Mexico non-profit Family Life Broadcasting, Inc. with remaining as its parent company. The group operates the Christian AC “Family Life Radio (https://www.myflr.org)” based at 104.1 KFLT-FM Tucson and is unrelated to the New York/Pennsylvania based “Family Life (https://www.familylife.org)” network.
Richard Glover’s Chama Radio sells Variety “96.1 The Eagle (https://chamaradio.com)” KXJR Chama NM to Mark Wilson’s Teeter LLC for $60,000.
The Manuel Pimentel led Casa de Destino will transfer 89.7 KUMB Hollywood MS to the Manuel Pimentel led Unica Media Broadcasting for no consideration.
Translator SalesDaryl O’Neal’s Recharge Media PBC buys 102.1 K271BC Burnet TX from Richard Herring for $29,995. A previous sale of the translator to Gerald Benavides last March never closed.
