“94.7 The Block (https://www.audacy.com/947theblocknyc)” WXBK New York Brand Manager Skip Dillard will over see Adult R&B and Throwback formats, while “106.5 The Beat (https://www.audacy.com/1065thebeat)” WBTJ Richmond Brand Manager Mike Street takes over the Hip Hop/R&B formats as Format Vice Presidents. The duo will succeed Reggie Rouse as Rouse signs a multi-year contract extension to remain as Brand Manager of “V103 (https://www.audacy.com/v103)” WVEE Atlanta.
Dillard joined WXBK in December 2021 (https://radioinsight.com/headlines/216684/skip-dillard-to-program-94-7-the-block/) from Mediaco New York where he a spent a year as Vice President of National and Community Partnerships for Rhythmic CHR ?Hot 97? WQHT and Adult R&B 107.5 WBLS after 12 years as Vice President of Programming and Operations Manager for WBLS and Gospel 1190 WLIB for Mediaco and predecessor Emmis. Dillard has also programmed 95.5 WPGC Washington DC, KBTB San Francisco, and WBLK Buffalo, served as Operations Manager for Radio One Detroit, and Managing Editor for CHR and Urban for Billboard Airplay Monitor.
