Syndicator USRN has informed stations of the conclusion of the show and will offer Radio Genius Productions’ “Rewind with Gary Bryan (http://www.radiogenius.com)” hosted by “K-Earth 101 (https://www.audacy.com/kearth101)” KRTH Los Angeles morning host Gary Bryan as a substitute beginning in January.
Shannon launched “America’s Greatest Hits” as a joint venture with CBS Radio and USRN in October 2014 (https://radioinsight.com/headlines/90115/scott-shannon-returns-to-syndication/) following his departure from Cumulus Media and Westwood One. With Shannon departing (https://radioinsight.com/headlines/244420/scott-shannon-to-retire-from-wcbs-fm-mornings/) now Audacy owned 101.1 WCBS-FM New York last December, he inked a deal in September (https://radioinsight.com/headlines/258466/lrn-takes-over-syndication-rights-for-scott-shannons-true-oldies-channel/) to move his 24/7 “True Oldies Channel (https://trueoldieschannel.com)” to Local Radio Networks starting in January.
