Gois, which owns Spanish Tropical “Mega 94.9 (https://www.megaboston.com/megaboston)” 890 WAMG/94.9 W235CS Dedham and “Mega 95.1 (https://www.megaboston.com/megalawrence)” 1400 WLLH Lawrence/95.1 W236CU Lowell in the Boston market plus stations in Worcester and Hartford CT, will utilize the 99w/175m (https://fccdata.org/?lang=en&appid=25076ff38a251a4e018a2d5b841704a1&fa cid=148707) from the top of One Financial Center in downtown Boston to rebroadcast WAMG. W243DC currently rebroadcasts the seller’s AAA “92.5 The River (https://theriverboston.com)” WXRV Andover.
Station SalesEdward Baker’s WLGN LLC sells Classic Hits “103.3 LGN” 1510 WLGN and Variety Hits “98.3 Sam-FM (https://www.983samfm.com)” WKNA Logan OH to the Mark Bohach led WLGN Radio Company for $360,000. WLGN Radio Company will separately purchase WLGN translator 103.3 W277CX Logan from the Baker led Positive Alternative Radio for $30,000. The buyers own Country “The Wolf (https://www.wolfohio.com)” 1320 WLOH/104.5 W283BO Lancaster, 99.3 W257EQ Logan, 101.9 W270DW Circleville, and 102.9 W275CT Somerset OH.
Bob Lowe’s Twilight Broadcasting sells News/Talk 830 WEEU (https://www.830weeu.com) Reading PA to John and Kristine Treese’s Treese Media Group LLC for $138,900. The deal includes the station’s tower land. John Treese previously held on-air roles at WNPV Lansdale and WQKX/WVLY Selinsgrove PA.
Mike Parchman’s Consolidated Media is selling Country “105.1 The Wolf (https://1051fmthewolf.com)” WLFN Waverly TN to Bryan and Jody Fowler’s Fowler Media LLC for $309,416. Parchman will also receive 10% of any future sale of WLFN. A $1000 per-month LMA has taken effect as well.
Catholic Radio Network acquires Christian “Here’s Help Radio (https://hereshelpnetwork.org)” 1100 KKLL/92.1 K221GQ Webb City/Joplin MO from New Life Evangelistic Center for $101,500.
Robert ‘Gabby’ Gabrielson and Mary Gerdes’ G&G Media Services buys AC “The Hill” 1260 WWIS/105.3 W287CT and Classic Country 99.7 WWIS-FM (https://wwisradio.com) Black River Falls WI from Daniel Smith’s WWIS Radio Inc. for $465,000. The deal includes a $5000 per month Time Brokerage Agreement until closing and a $2400 annual land lease that took effect on September 28. A separate $227,000 deal includes the station’s real estate holdings. The buyers are longtime staffers of the stations with Gabrielson serving as General Manager from 2005-17 and since then in a part-time role. Gerdes joined the stations in 2015 and succeeded him as GM in 2017.
