Local First Media Group closed on its acquisition (https://radioinsight.com/headlines/244138/cliff-dumas-led-group-acquires-frontier-media/) of Frontier Media’s stations in Texarkana plus Juneau, Ketchikan and Sitka AK earlier this year. The company also agreed to acquire J&J Broadcasting?s five stations in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan in November 2022, but has not yet closed (https://radioinsight.com/headlines/245319/btc-usa-acquires-five-in-michigans-upper-peninsula/) on that.
