Cakes joins WHZT from weekends/fill-ins at Kemp Broadcasting’s “Hot 97.5 (https://www.kvegas.com)” KVEG Las Vegas. She had been with KVEG since 2015 with time in promotions before joining the on-air staff.
She fills the slot that most recently was held by Justin Tyme. WHZT has also added new “Hot 104.5 (https://www.hot1045.net)” WKHT Knoxville afternoon host Christine George for the same daypart with Ant Dizzle sliding back to nights. Those moves complete the lineup revamp at WHZT that saw Tino Cochino Radio move from nights to mornings (https://radioinsight.com/headlines/254328/tino-cochino-radio-moves-to-mornings-in-greenville-knoxville/) in July
