EMF will acquire Silent 94.5 WNLI (formerly WBHV-FM) State College from Jim Loftus’ JFLIV LLC in exchange for 107.1 W296CD Jonestown PA and $200,000. WNLI was the last of the four stations moved from Seven Mountains Media (https://radioinsight.com/headlines/242955/seven-mountains-media-to-acquire-34-stations-from-forever-media/) to Loftus’ holding company for divestiture following their purchase of 34 stations from Forever Media last year.
Educational Media Foundation already owns “K-Love (https://klove.com/)” 107.9 WKPA Port Matilda in the State College market as this deal will allow the organization to bring the “Air 1 (https://air1.com)” network to the market.
