https://radioinsight.com/wp-content/images/2023/09/kixm-200x200.jpgNortheast Broadcasting’s Jackson Radio Group will sell CHR “iMix 92.3 (https://www.imixjackson.com)” KIXM Victor ID to Ted Austin’s Snake River Broadcasting LLLP and Classic Country “103.7 The Range (https://www.1037therange.com)” KDAD Victor to Austin’s Madison Radio Partners LLLP for $250,000 and $150,000 respectively. The two station’s will join Austin led holdings that also includes 1490 KJNT Jackson and 100.1 KCHQ Soda Springs ID (that has a tolled CP to move to 100.3 Wilson WY) in the Jackson Hole area.
Kerby Confer and Donald Alt continue the breakup of their respective holdings. After Seven Mountains Media led by Confer’s daughter Kristen Cantrell agreed to purchase (https://radioinsight.com/headlines/258875/seven-mountains-media-acquires-bowling-green-ky-cluster/) Forever Communications’ Bowling Green KY properties and Confer himself bought Burbach of DE’s Parkersburg WV cluster (https://radioinsight.com/headlines/258894/kerby-confer-buys-out-partners-in-parkersburg-wv-cluster/), while the remainder of their West Virginia holdings went to other parties over the past few years, Confer will transfer his 45% stakes in Forever Communications Inc. and Forever South Licenses LLC to Alt’s Alt Dynasty Trust, while Christine Hilliard, who owns a 10% stake in each company will transfer a percentage of her shares to Alt to keep the same ownership level in the restructured companies. Alt will pay Confer $300,000 for the Forever Communications stake and $125,000 for Forever South. Hilliard will receive $175,000 for her redeemed shares in Forever Communications and $75,000 for Forever South. The deals follow a similar split (https://radioinsight.com/headlines/242955/seven-mountains-media-to-acquire-34-stations-from-forever-media/) of their holdings in Delaware, Pennsylvania and Maryland last year.

Translator SalesCarl Watkins sells 95.3 K237FA Pocatello ID to Richard Mecham’s RJ Broadcasting LS LLC for $25,000. Additionally Mecham will pay $40,000 to Watkins as part of an Unwind Agreement to settle litigation between the parties. K237FA will continue to rebroadcast the buyer’s 1240 KWIK Pocatello as part of the Conservative Talk “KID Newsradio (http://www.kidnewsradio.com)” network with 92.1 KIDG Pocatello and 106.3 KIDJ Sugar City.
