Confer, through his Judith Marie Confer Irrevocable Trust, will increase his stake in the company from 30% to 100% as he acquires Nicholas Galli’s 40% share and Donald Alt’s 30% share for $700,000 each. The deal follows Burbach of DE selling their Morgantown/Fairmont WV stations to LHTC Media (https://radioinsight.com/headlines/252893/lhtc-expands-in-morgantown-fairmont-wv/) in June and WGIE Clarksburg WV to Vandalia Media Partners 2 earlier this week (https://radioinsight.com/headlines/258767/station-sales-week-of-9-15/).
