Sporting new KRWP call letters, the station is featuring G Networks’ Wilhite & Wall (https://gognetworks.com/entertainment/wilhite-and-wall/) in mornings. The rest of the station’s lineup includes Meg Butterly in middays, Doug Kramer afternoons, Skipper T Spence in evenings, and “The Factory with Gentleman Jim” in overnights. Loyd Ford of Rainmaker Pathway Consultants helped develop the revamped brand.
Owner Grant Merrill says, “We are proud to bring real classic rock back to the Panhandle. This station has an energy about it and an excitement that the market hasn’t had in a long time. I’m very proud of our team and very excited about our future.”
KRWP serves the northeastern-most part of the Texas Panhandle.
