On a panel at the Podcast Movement convention, Podcast Radio CEO Gerry Edwards said, ?We are beyond excited to be partnering with a forward-thinking and innovative radio broadcasting company. They will make fantastic first movers into Podcast Radio?s format as they embrace this unique new radio content as a leader in both broadcast and digital.?
RadioToday.co.uk reports (https://radiotoday.co.uk/2023/08/podcast-radio-to-launch-on-am-and-fm-stations-in-north-america/) that the launch will take place in four markets, two of which are in the top 20. No stations have been revealed yet. Podcast Radio airs on DAB and streaming in the UK with hosts introducing the podcasts being aired.
The four markets where Podcast Radio US will launch will be announced shortly.
