Barling began his career at KSFM as an intern in 2001 rising through the ranks until joining the station’s morning show in 2004 and then middays in 2007. After leaving radio in 2008, he would join Sports 1140 KHTK in 2016 co-hosting 12-3pm with Jason Ross. After joining Audacy in November 2019 in sales, he and Caraway would launch their midday show (https://radioinsight.com/headlines/196122/damien-barling-and-kenny-caraway-to-host-middays-at-espn-1320-sacramento/) on KIFM in September 2020.
Caraway has hosted multiple Sacramento Kings podcasts and has worked at other radio stations including 97.5 KDEE-LP Sacramento.
