Lynn ‘Lawless’ Barstow, who has programmed sister Alternative “101X (https://www.101x.com)” KROX Buda since 2005, will add PD duties for ACL Radio as Jay Michaels departs the company. Michaels had programmed KGSR and KGSR-HD2 since September 2020. Michaels previously programmed 93.3 in the early 2000s when it flipped from Dance CHR ?Mega 93.3? KXMG to Hip Hop ?Hot 93.3? KDHT. He has also served as Music Director at 96.7 KHFI in the market. Michaels also programmed Hot AC ?Sweet 98.5? KQKQ and Rhythmic CHR ?Power 106.9? KOPW Omaha, CBS Radio?s ?100.3 Jack-FM? KJKK and CHR ?Amp 103.7? KVIL and iHeartMedia?s ?102.1 The Edge? KDGE and ?102.9 Now? KDMX Dallas and spent six years as Operations Manager for Waterloo parent Sinclair Communications in Norfolk.
Bailey Heath, who served as Music Director/afternoon co-host at KGSR until its flip and Music Coordinator at ACL Radio, rises to Assistant Program Director for the AAA where she also hosts middays under the on-air name ‘Alex’. She joined the cluster in 2019 after previously working for the company in Norfolk.
