The Bailey Show joined KRXQ in March featuring host Jason Bailey, co-host NickyD and producer Josh Nelson.
Bailey most recently spent seven years in mornings at Cumulus Media?s ?Rock 100.5? WNNX Atlanta until exiting in October 2021 (https://radioinsight.com/headlines/214243/jason-bailey-leaves-rock-100-5-atlanta/). He previously spent a year in mornings at Sports ?92.9 The Game? WZGC Atlanta and most of his career in Florida under the name ?Buckethead? with stints at ?98 Rock? WXTB Tampa, and Rock 101.1 WJRR and Hot Talk ?Real Radio 104.1? WTKS-FM in Orlando, the latter of which he hosted middays from 2008 to 2013.
NickyD was an intern and later producer and call screener for the “Bailey and Southside” morning show at WNNX. She also has been part of Bailey’s “The BS” podcast as well as hosting her own show on his network.
Nelson previously hosted mornings at Alternative ?89.7 The River? KIWR Omaha and NRG Media Country ?Froggy 98.1? KFGE Lincoln.
Audacy has announced ?The Bailey Show? (The BS) will move from afternoons to mornings on 98 Rock (KRXQ-FM) in Sacramento. Starring Jason Bailey alongside co-host NickyD and executive producer Josh Nelson, the show will now be heard weekdays from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. PT beginning July 25.
?Since being added to our weekday lineup in March, ?The Bailey Show? has become an essential part of our station?s programming and has served as an entertaining afternoon routine for our listeners,? said Stacey Kauffman, Regional President, Audacy Sacramento. ?We?re so excited to transition Jason, NickyD and Nelson to mornings and kick off our weekdays with a fresh and dynamic show.?

Bailey is a radio veteran, having been in the business since 1995, covering numerous formats, including Top 40, Rock, Hot Talk and Sports. With successful shows in Orlando, Tampa, Atlanta and on Sirius XM, Bailey launched a successful podcast version of ?The Bailey Show.?
NickyD has been in radio since 2015. She interned under Bailey at WNNX in Atlanta, where she was later promoted to Assistant Producer. In February 2022, she started her own podcast on THE BS Network, ?Not Your Typical Tea,? before joining forces with ?The Bailey Show Podcast.?
Nelson has more than 16 years on the air in just about every format, from Rock and Alternative to, most recently, a ten-year stint in Country.
